• Danny Gott

Hi, my name is Danny Gott, I have been working at NRGym for 5 years and have been a qualified PT for 10 years. I specialise in weight training and nutrition as I have been a competitive bodybuilder, competing in UKBFF and NABBA British finals, also winning Men’s Classic Bodybuilding Mr North East Title in 2017. My goals are now focused on members who want to achieve their goals, such as lose body fat, gain muscle, have better endurance/stamina or just want to be happier within their body. I believe I now have the knowledge to guide and help members to achieve their fitness goals.

  • Becky Smith

I moved from my hometown in Cavan in Ireland. I have always had a passion for sports so after completing my Personal Training Course in 2017 I moved to England to pursue my career in coaching.

My Goal is to make people feel as confident and enthusiastic about the gym as I am. I have had great coaches in the past and I want to reflect that and change others peoples lives as they have done for me.

  • Ryan Birch

Having played rugby union and cricket throughout my youth, sport has always been a part of my life. However, my passion for the gym Itself grew as I was recovering and getting stronger post shoulder injury. Going to the gym helped me improve beyond this issue and become a more confident and healthy individual as a whole.

This has now progressed into a career in something I thoroughly enjoy, with my aim being to help people work past any adversity that is holding them back.

I hope to develop peoples love and enthusiasm for training as well as making people’s goals a reality.

  • Beth Russell

Hi, my name is Beth and I am a competitive bodybuilder. In my first year of competing, I became 2023 PCA Toned Figure British Champion.

I started weight training off the back of wanting to be a stronger horse rider and netball player. I aimed to apply my passion for training into a successful bodybuilding career and develop my coaching through achieving my level 3 Personal Training qualification.

Training for me is not only physical but positively benefits me mentally too. Following this, my coaching aspirations are to apply my knowledge and experience to help members achieve their own personal goals.

  • Myles Lofthouse

From an extremely young age I have always had a passion for sport in which I have consistently competed in, from the age of 12 years old I have continued to play Hockey, I have had the privilege to represent Yorkshire for a number of years attaining several League titles and Cup Games. My passion for sport led me to the gym so I could develop my game even further and this is where my obsession with weight training and fitness evolved from.

I believe continual development is very important which has led to me attaining my Level 4 in Nutrition / Level 3 in Exercise Referral / Level 3 Personal Training, with these qualifications and my desire for continual learning / development I strive to help people achieve their goals and dreams whilst making everyone feel as confident as possible.

Starting this journey was initially an extension for my passion for training, it has and always will be an integral part of my life, I am blessed to be able to call this ‘work’.

Helping people achieve what they thought wasn’t possible, helping them do what they thought they couldn’t and helping people ultimately reach their goals are the most important things for me, we do this at the same time as always sticking to our original ethos, we continually push the members forwards at the same time as always progressing and driving the gym forwards.
