Since opening in July 2012 NRGym has always - and will always - be committed to providing the best for it’s members, the gym is always changing and always moving forwards. We continually reinvest into new areas, new kit and new ideas to be at the forefront.
Our standards are equally as important, we pride ourselves upon our tidiness and cleanliness.
We are not ‘just a gym’, we are an active, diverse community of people, who go above and beyond to actively help each other to ensure everyone can improve and achieve their goals.

Nu Physio and Fitness, based on the top floor of the mill, offer physiotherapist, specialist personal training and massage.
As well as access to the main gym, Nu Physio and Fitness have a private rehab/training area and one of only 2 eGym smart strength training circuits in the North of England. Used on its own or in conjunction with other training, results are second to none.
Services are available to members, at a discount, and none members at times to suit the client.

Clean Eats Kitchen.
Clean Eats Kitchen est Feb 2018 as healthy meal prep company opened a cafe based on the ground floor of the NRGym in Feb 2019. Ran by Gina & Liam Clean Eats is Popular with members and non members for healthy breakfasts and lunches. Along with barista coffee, protein shakes and grab & go meal prep, very convenient if you are in a rush! They understand life is all about balance and offer cheat day treats on the weekend. Call in for Sunday brunch to try their perfectly poached eggs and famous chicken sausages... you won’t be disappointed!
The Bike Nest.
The Bike-nest workshop is here to keep your bike and your cycling needs whatever your ability in the best possible condition, from leisure riding and keeping fit to every day commutes and race ready reliability.
All service work and bike builds are done to the highest standards at a competitive price, from road and mountain bikes to kiddies and e-bikes.

NR Storage
On the top floor of the mill we have 6000 sq ft of secure storage units. Each unit is tailored to customer requirements and is accessible by secure elevator, units can be leased on short term as well as long term contracts for domestic, commercial, office and private basis.
